If you want to build your business on a "larger scale" than what is possible through your "center of influence", you can take advantage of our "Lead Generation System".

When you are ready to begin using our "Lead Generation System", your first step will be to sign-up for a voice mailbox that contains our special 10-minute, pre-recorded "introductory message".

We have made arrangements with a voice mail company called "800 Link". They can issue you an 800 phone number, and have your voice mail box up-and-running (and loaded with the "introductory message") within 24 hours .

You can reach "800 link" at (800) 864-2362. When you call them, you will need to identify yourself as an NEFX distributor, and ask to have the "Plastic Surgery in a Bottle" message loaded onto your voice mailbox.

You can also sign-up for your voice mailbox over the internet. When you use the following URL, your voice mailbox will automatically be loaded with our special "Introductory Message".

When you sign-up for your voice mail box, you will have three packages to choose from ("Personal", "Professional", and "Home Office".) We recommend that you choose either the "Professional" or the "Home Office" option. When you select one of these options, you get your own "direct" 800 line (rather than having an "extension" at a shared 800 number.)

The "Professional" option costs $15.95 per-month, and includes 200 minutes of 800# usage. Additional minutes cost 7.9 cents per-minute. The "Home Office" option costs $29.95 per-month and includes 500 minutes of 800# usage. Additional minutes cost 5.9 cents per-minute.

Once you have your 800# established, you will be ready to launch your advertising program. There are a variety of different techniques and tools that you can use to drive traffic to your voice mail box.

Postcards:

Postcards are a simple, easy and inexpensive way to contact mass numbers of people. The postcard that we are presently using highlights both the products and the money-making opportunity. It’s primarily designed to be mailed to lists of MLMers, opportunity seekers, and other entrepreneurial type individuals.

The postcard is "two color" on both sides, it’s printed on "glossy" card-stock, and it contains a variety of product and income testimonials. Recipients who are interested in learning more are instructed to call our 24-hour "Free Info Hotline".

You can purchase these pre-printed postcards in bulk from our "fulfillment center". When your cards arrive, you will need to apply a label that lists your 800 voice mail number. You can print these labels yourself, or you can order them along with your postcards. When printing labels, we use Avery #5167.

Once you have affixed your 800 voice mail number to the postcards, you will need to apply postage ($.21 per-card) and address labels.

When someone responds to your postcard, they will call your 800 number and they will hear your ten-minute introductory message. Those that are interested in learning more will leave their name and phone number.

Once your mailings "hit the street", you will need to check your voice mailbox periodically for messages. You can access your voice mailbox by phone or over the internet. (You can even have your voice messages sent to you via e-mail.) When someone leaves you a message, you will need to return their phone call, answer their questions, and show them how to get started. If they have questions that you don’t know how to answer, you can call your sponsor or "upline leader" to get the answer and then call them back.

The nice thing about using this "system" is that the ten-minute message weeds out the "tire kickers", and only those that are truly interested end-up leaving their name and number. This means that virtually every time you return a phone call, you will be talking to a "hot prospect". With a little practice, you can "close" the majority of them!

What kind of response rate should you expect?

The response rate will vary depending upon the mailing list that you use.

In our test mailings, the response rate has ranged from 3 to 5 percent. Approximately 40% of those who listened to the introductory message left their name and phone number.

If you have a good source for mailing lists of "MLMers" or "Opportunity Seekers", you are encouraged to get your own "names". If you do not have a good source, we have made special arrangements with "Cutting Edge Media". You can purchase names from the "Cutting Edge List" directly through our "Fulfillment Center" at the time you order your Postcards.

If you’re a "very busy" person, and if you would prefer to let someone else do the time-consuming busywork that’s associated with assembling and mailing the postcards, our Fulfillment Center will process your mailings at a very reasonable cost.

If you want the Fulfillment Center to mail the postcards on your behalf, you will still need to contact "800 Link" and get your voice mailbox. Once you have your 800 number, you can let the Fulfillment Center know how many cards you want mailed. They will print and apply the phone labels, apply the postage and mailing list, and drop your mailing off at the post office.

Unless otherwise specified, the Fulfillment Center will use names from the "Cutting Edge Media" list.

When a prospect gets your card in the mail, it will appear as if you sent it directly to them. When they call the "Free Info Hotline", it will ring into your voice mail box, and you will capture their name and phone number.

Note: Because there are no "shipping & handling" charges when you have the Fulfillment Center assemble and process your mailings, their prices end-up being very reasonable!

Flyers & Advertisements:

You can also use advertisements and flyers to drive traffic to your voice mailbox. Included in this package are samples of some of the promotions that we have developed. You are welcome to use these in any way that you see fit.

In the future, you will be able to order a "Customized Advertising Pack" from our Fulfillment Center. This customized pack will contain a set of all the various flyers and direct mail-outs with your name and phone number inserted in the proper places. We will notify everyone in the organization just as soon as this service is available.
